Refund policy

At Studio DRÈA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions below.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • unused and in perfect condition
  • returned in their original packaging (including dust bags and tags)

Returns that are damaged, worn, or incomplete will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Return Costs

We offer complimentary returns within France and select European Union countries.

For orders to the United States, we provide a return label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For other international destinations, returns must be arranged by the customer. Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Initiate your return via the website by logging in your account or contact us at customercare@studiodrea.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. We will provide a return label and/or instructions for shipping the item back.

Refund Process

Once your item has been received, please allow up to 7 days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and inspected, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method according to the payment provider's policy.

Refunds will be issued for the returned product amount, minus the return shipping costs when applied. Prepaid import duties or taxes may also be deducted where applicable, unless required otherwise by local regulations.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
