Orders

If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
We offer complimentary shipping to select European Union countries, including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy, Spain (mainland), Portugal (mainland), Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, and Sweden.
Shipping rates vary depending on location:
- European Union (extended): €8
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: €25
- United States: €35
- Other international destinations: €30–35

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 2–3 business days
- European Union: 2–6 business days
- United States: 4–7 business days
- Other international destinations: 4–8 business days
Express delivery is available for France at checkout for an additional fee.
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Orders are shipped with UPS for most destinations, and Chronopost for express deliveries within France.
For orders within the European Union and to the United States, duties and taxes are included in the listed price.
For other international destinations, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your package is lost, undelivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
If visible damage occurs at delivery, please notify the courier at the time of receipt.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect information.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unused and in perfect condition
- be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags and tags
Returns that are damaged, worn, or incomplete will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If refused, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
We offer complimentary returns within France and select European Union countries.
For orders to the United States, we provide a return label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For other international destinations, returns must be arranged by the customer. Return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been inspected and processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable and may be deducted where applicable.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Pre-order
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet available for immediate shipping. Once the item is launched or back in stock, we will ship it to you.
Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated shipping date.

Leather is a natural material that becomes more beautiful with age when properly cared for. To ensure your Studio DRÈA items last for generations, follow these essential care tips:
- Protect your leather items from extreme heat, direct sunlight, water, and both high humidity and dryness.
- Gently blot your leather if it gets wet and avoid exposing it to rain or moisture.
- Store your leather goods in a warm, dry place, out of direct light, and avoid overloading your handbag to maintain its shape.
It’s best to avoid using waxes, skin moisturizers, or sprays on your leather items, as they can damage the material. However, specific treatments for suede may require waterproofing sprays.
Stains from ink, lipstick, or fragrances can be permanent, and contact with dark fabrics may discolor lighter leather. We recommend avoiding such contact to preserve the appearance of your bag.
Smooth leather requires special care but rewards with a rich patina over time. Apply a universal leather cream twice a year to clean, nourish, and maintain the leather’s flexibility. This will allow the leather to age gracefully while remaining soft.
Grained leather is more durable than smooth leather, but it still benefits from regular care. Like smooth leather, we recommend applying a universal leather cream twice a year to clean, nourish, and maintain suppleness, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina.
To preserve the shape of your bag, remove all contents and fill it with acid-free tissue paper. Store it in a warm, dry place and use the cotton dust bag provided for protection. Avoid storing your leather items in plastic.
While leather naturally develops signs of wear, these marks add to the character of the material. By following the care instructions, you can maintain its beauty and durability, allowing it to age gracefully.
For general cleaning, use a soft cloth and a mild leather cleaner. Apply leather cream for nourishment and flexibility as needed, and avoid harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
