Studio DRÈA offers worldwide shipping with free delivery to select European countries. For other regions, shipping costs are partially subsidized and calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with standard delivery taking 1-2 days in France, 2-6 days in Europe, and 3-7 days for the rest of the world. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Taxes and duties are included for EU orders. For international destinations, duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs regulations.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, full-price items in their original packaging. Free returns are available for select European countries, while return shipping costs apply to other regions. Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the product and will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, duties, or taxes. For damaged or incorrect items, customers can contact support for assistance.
