Shipping to the following countries is availa ble at a flat rate of €8:

Shipping to the following countries is available at a flat rate of €25:

• United Kingdom
• Switzerland

Shipping to the United States is available at a flat rate of €35.

Shipping to other international destinations is available at a flat rate of €30–35, depending on location. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.

We currently do not ship to certain destinations.

Remote areas and islands may be subject to additional charges or delivery constraints.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deliveries.
Orders are shipped with UPS for most destinations, and Chronopost for express deliveries within France.

Taxes & Duties

• For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the listed price.

   

• For orders to the United States, duties and taxes are included.

• For other international destinations, please note that duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout. These charges may be applied by your local customs authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. As rates and thresholds vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Lost, Undelivered, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost, undelivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

• If visible damage occurs at delivery, notify the courier at the time of receipt.
