Studio DRÈA offers worldwide shipping with free delivery to select European countries. For other regions, shipping costs are partially subsidized and calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with standard delivery taking 1-2 days in France, 2-6 days in Europe, and varying elsewhere. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Taxes and duties are included for EU orders, while international orders are shipped under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, except for China, where duties must be paid upon delivery.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, full-price items in their original packaging. Free returns are available for select European countries, while return shipping costs apply to other regions. Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the product and will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, duties, or taxes. For damaged or incorrect items, customers can contact support for assistance.
